You must be 18 or older to use UNBURDEN. You're responsible for keeping your password private.

UNBURDEN is a private space for reflection, supported by AI. It is not therapy, counseling, medical or legal advice, or a crisis or emergency service, and it cannot send help to you. Nothing UNBURDEN says is a diagnosis or a substitute for a qualified professional.

UNBURDEN's replies, insights, memories and patterns are written by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they reflect only what you shared. Use your own judgment — it always comes first.

You own what you write. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide UNBURDEN to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete it, or your whole account, at any time.

• Use it for your own reflection — not to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.
• Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or get around its limits or safety features.
• Don't use it to create content that is illegal or that targets other people.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put others at risk.

UNBURDEN is free to start, with fair-use limits (for example, a number of reflections per month) that keep it sustainable. Limits may change. If we ever offer paid plans, prices will be shown clearly before you pay, and the free plan will never lose the ability to delete or download your data.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & Control. We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut UNBURDEN down, we'll give you notice and time to download your data.

UNBURDEN is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Remedy Circuit LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of UNBURDEN, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (or $50 if you paid nothing). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
